At Tungtap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Tungtap", "we", "our", or "us"), we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our ERP consulting, integration, support, and app development services. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Service-Based Deliverables

Due to the nature of our services, which are tailored, effort-based, and often partially delivered in stages, cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the engagement stage.

A. ERP Consulting & Support Services

  1. Cancellation Before Kick-off:
  2. If a cancellation request is submitted in writing before the start of the project (i.e., no resource allocation or project plan approved), a full refund will be issued.
  3. Ongoing Engagements:
  4. For monthly retainers or support contracts, clients must provide a 15-day written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next term. No refunds are provided for unused support hours within a monthly cycle unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

B. Custom Development & Integration Projects

  1. Work in Progress:
  2. If development work has already started, the refund will be prorated based on:
  3. Work completed to date
  4. Resource allocation
  5. Any non-recoverable costs (e.g., third-party software/licenses)
  6. Milestone-Based Projects:
  7. Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable. Any advance for future milestones may be partially refundable, subject to review.

C. Training or Workshop Sessions

  1. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the session to receive a full refund.
  2. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at contact@tungtap.com with the following:

  1. Your full name/company name
  2. Invoice or transaction ID
  3. Reason for cancellation/refund

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
