🚚 Mode of Delivery

All services and digital products are delivered electronically through any of the following channels:

  1. Email (registered client email ID)
  2. Client portals (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Google Drive, Dropbox)
  3. Shared access to ERPNext servers or staging environments
  4. Online project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, ClickUp)
  5. Video conferencing platforms (for meetings, training, or demos)

There is no physical product or courier delivery involved in our service model.

⏱ Delivery Timelines

The delivery of services depends on the agreed project scope, timelines, and client coordination. We follow these general guidelines:

  1. Consulting or Support Tickets: Delivered within 1–3 business days
  2. Development or Integration Projects: Milestone-based delivery as per project plan
  3. Training Sessions: Scheduled in advance and delivered online via Zoom or Google Meet

Detailed timelines are included in your project proposal or service agreement.

📩 Delivery Confirmation

For each delivery, we will:

  1. Send a confirmation email to your registered address
  2. Provide access to the deliverable (code, report, document, etc.)
  3. Collect confirmation or sign-off where applicable

🌐 Service Availability

Our services are delivered to clients globally, including India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and other supported regions. Delivery is not affected by geographic location as all services are digital.
